PMI is a part of our Memorandum of Understanding, a negotiated right and benefit from your union. Teachers may participate in performance management in which additional compensation is earned and paid on single year basis at the conclusion of the year in which it was earned. Teachers must have an effective/highly effective evaluation from the prior school year in order to participate.
